Andy and Wynand return for this October's Wine Tasting!
This October we are in for a real treat as Andy returns from South Africa with new wines, and an old friend in tow! Wynand is the wine maker for De Kleine Wijn Koöp. He also happens to be the winemaker for our Nautical Wheelers exclusive, private label, Nautical Wines!

Limited Edition Artisan Wines Nautical Wheelers is pleased to announce our selection of limited edition artisan wines! These Small vineyard RDI Wines are specially selected and highly allocated once a year, making them sought after by wine lovers everywhere. To be considered small vineyard, they must be family owned, sustainably and organically grown and harvested, and hand picked. Join us Tuesday, September 26th, in New Bern from 4-6 PM as Jody from August Wine Group returns to taste these limited edition wines with us. Many of our returning customers will remember how wonderful Jody's presence was last year, as he is a true expert on the wines he brings in. NAUTICAL RED

We are excited to announce the arrival of our Private Label, South African, Nautical Red! Shipped all the way over from the W.O. Cape Coast of South Africa, this red wine represents a partnership between continents. The Nautical red is a blend of 53% Shiraz, 23% Mourvedre, 19% Grenache, and 5% cinsault. Red berries dominate the nose with an underlying spice and elegance. The palate is velvety smooth, medium-bodied, with a lengthy finish.

Friday, September 15th in New Bern, we will be tasting wines anytime between 5-7 PM.
Saturday, September 16th in Oriental, we will have a tasting at 2 & 3 PM.
Join us as we taste highly allocated, small vineyard wines that are sure to impress! Many of these wines are known for their top notch quality, with many of them coming all the way from Italy. Each one comes from a small vineyard known for it's excellent wine production. Our team here at Nautical Wheelers hand selected these, and we can't wait to share them with you.
On Friday July 21st in New Bern from 5-7 PM and Saturday July 22nd in ONC at 2 & 3 PM, Heather will be joining us for a summery wine tasting! She is an NC native who has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years. Heather enjoys sharing her thirst for knowledge and love of wine with the world. We will be tasting wines from around the world and learning more about what each wine has to offer. Join us as we taste 6 distinct wines. She is excited to raise a glass with you!
